At AreA Carpet & Floor we have carried out an extensive number of fit out projects in addition to refurbishment work. We carry a large selection of hygienic commercial vinyl floor coverings. We can carry out installations outside of normal working hours on refurbishment projects ensuring our client does not lose any revenue during our replacement work.

We understand the needs of our nursing home & Healthcare clients. To keep a homely atmosphere whilst meeting hygiene regulations we carry a range of impervious backed carpet that will not allow any soiling whatsoever to seep through to the carpet backing. These can be bleach cleaned to remove stains & cleaned with hot water extraction machines on a regular basis to keep them constantly hygienic. Hot water extraction cleaning is the best way to rejuvenate & clean carpets. It will prolong its life but not all carpets can be cleaned with this method.

We also carry a large range of fast fit hygienic vinyl floor covering, together with our fast-setting compounds & adhesives we can have bedroom flooring replaced within 1 day allowing the client to retain full occupancy at all times while minimising the need for downtime

We also carry out minor flooring repairs in rooms/common areas helping our client to retain hygienic standards without having to replace whole areas.
